  1. Bullshit. The first thing the Mortgage banks do is turn off your water, sewer, trash. Effectively forcing you out. Also if your Landlord goes belly up, you usually lose your deposit money. I had 4 Landlords in the last year, lost enough money through lost deposits, moving costs, paying water bills for entire poperties that I am in trouble with the IRS and will be filing for bankruptcy tomorrow so I can pay my back taxes (that will go to bail out the Banks)
